In 2007 the law changed when The Corporate Manslaughter and Homicide Act was introduced. ALL employers who now own a fleet of vehicles and employ people who drive those vehicles now have a 'duty of care' to not only risk assess but to ensure that each driver is trained adequately and the vehicles maintained to a safe standard.

Kate is a qualified QCF Assessor (Qualifications and Credit Framework) which takes over from the old A1 Assessor and enables the coaching and support in delivering BTECs and other vocational qualifications. It also means she is competent at meeting criteria for different awarding bodies in her field of expertise.
Moreover, Kate can deliver training for BTEC level 1 in Safe Road Skills & Attitudes as well as BTEC level 2 in Demonstrating Safe Driving.
